David Watters

Managing Partner, Northern Ireland & UK

David Watters is responsible for FGS's strategic development and operations management in Northern Ireland and the UK market.

He is highly skilled in corporate finance, and has extensive experience in valuing, selling and buying companies across a wide range of sectors, including professional services.

David is also involved in providing audit, financial advisory and various business services, and has led many large assignments for public and private sector clients.

Property and construction

David is highly regarded for his entrepreneurial and advisory skills, and has served as a non executive director of many companies. He has particular expertise in the property/construction sector.

He is a non-executive director of John Graham of Dromore Limited, a civil engineering and construction group with a turnover exceeding £200 million.

David studied economics at university and is a Chartered Accountant by profession.

He was a founder partner, along with Rollo McClure, of McClure Watters, the Belfast based firm which merged with us in 2006. McClure Watters was formed in 1989 and under David's leadership, it grew into one of the largest accounting firms in Northern Ireland

He is located at our Belfast office.
