Deirdre Kiely

Partner, Audit & Advisory

Deirdre is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She specialises in auditing, business advisory, independent business reviews and forensic accounting. Her clients vary from owner managed businesses to larger companies.

Deirdre has significant experience and expertise in the planning and execution of audit assignments. She is experienced in preparing accounts under Irish and UK GAAP and IFRS. She is a member of both the Financial Reporting and Auditing Committees with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
She has over 20 years experience and business knowledge in a wide range of business sectors, which including:

• Recruitment

Deirdre is a Director of the children’s charity Barnardos and is the chair of the Audit Committee. She has served as a member of Enterprise Ireland's South West Regional Board.

Deirdre has an honours degree and masters in Law from University College Cork. She is also a qualified Barrister at Law. She is a Qualified Financial Advisor and member of the Life Insurance Association. Deirdre joined FGS as a partner in 2004 from JB O'Sullivan & Co (in association with BDO Simpson Xavier).
