Using his experience in corporate finance, Pearse works closely with companies, financial institutions and other stakeholders to devise innovative solutions for underperforming companies or assets.

These have ranged from SMEs to large corporate entities with activities across the world.

Besides corporate recovery and turnaround, Pearse has vast experience in receiverships, liquidations and examinerships.

The high-profile receiverships in which he has been involved include the development companies of the Four Seasons Hotel Dublin and the Delphi Spa Resort.

He has also acted in major liquidations involving Eurofood IFSC (the Irish subsidiary of the Parmalat Group) and the IRE-TEX group of companies.

Founding partner

Pearse was a founding partner of FGS in 1982. Together with Greg Sparks, he has been instrumental in developing FGS into one of the top accounting, advisory and consulting firms in Ireland.

He is a successful entrepreneur in his own right, is a shareholder and non executive director in a number of companies, and has significant experience in property.
