Michael McGivern is a skilled tax consultant, whose clients range from sole traders and partnerships to large corporates. His areas of expertise include:

He also advises on personal taxation matters and succession planning.

Michael is also a member of the Irish Taxation Institute's Tax Administration Committee and its Professional Development Committee, and is a representative for the ITI on its Dublin branch network. A Chartered Accountant, Michael is also an associate of the Irish Taxation Institute (AITI) and has a BComm from University College Dublin.

Michael has also spoken and written extensively on taxation matters on behalf of the Irish Taxation Institute and Chartered Accountants Ireland.

He previously worked in the Revenue Commissioners and the tax departments of Andersen and KPMG. He joined FGS in 2002 as a Tax Director and was appointed a Tax Partner in 2005.
