Tom Murray has over 20 years’ experience as a strategic consultant, and has conducted more than 300 consultancy assignments for public, private and semi-state organisations.

His areas of expertise include:

Major projects

Examples of his work have included:

• A strategic review of the Department of Agriculture and Food
• An organisational review of the National Disability Authority
• A new organisation structure for the Driver Testing and Standards on behalf of the Department of Transport
• A strategic review of Fire Safety and Fire Safety Services in Ireland

Before joining FGS in 1999, Tom was a senior public servant with the Department of Finance and Department of Education, and then Director of Organisation and Change Strategy Consultancy Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He is located at our Dublin office.
